situations lightly. The State of New Jersey has one of the most pro-consumer laws
in the United States. You are protected by the New Jersey Consumer Fraud statute
if a merchant or contractor does one of the following to you:
 lies to you- withholds important information
from you
- uses shoddy materials
or workmanship
If a merchant or contractor is guilty of
Consumer Fraud, you can be awarded 3 times your financial
loss. However, having legal representation is essential
to protect your rights and to see that you get what you
are entitled to get.
