1. Loss of driving privileges
2. A substantial fine

your auto insurance premiums)
4. A surcharge from the DMV
5. Even possible jail time
Below are just a few traffic offenses and their maximum
penalties:

surcharge, 2 points, 30 days imprisonment.
Despite the severity of the charge, you have rights,
and having legal representation is essential to protect
your interests. Depending upon the unique circumstances
surrounding your case, a skilled attorney can get you
acquitted of all charges based upon the merits, on a technicality,
or negotiate a plea agreement which would result in lighter
penalties, fewer points on your driving record, and lower
auto insurance premiums.
If you want proactive and affordable legal
representation, call us to arrange an initial consultation
concerning your case. The State will have legal representation,
and so should you.
